All Rohrbaugh Tours are taken in a modern, air-conditioned, lavatory equipped motorcoach. Each Rohrbaugh chauffeur has been professionally trained to Rohrbaugh's standards, and has met the Department of Transportation requirements for certification.
SAFETY
Rohrbaugh's safety programs is among the most stringent in the industry. Mechanical inspections are routinely carried out, a preventative maintenance program is closely followed and mechanical repairs are promptly and thoroughly accomplished.
Even with our strict maintenance program, problems occur. We regret the inconvenience these may cause and assure you that our chauffeurs are trained to take care of problems as efficiently as time and resources allow.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Motorcoach companies are now required by the majority of hotels,
restaurants and attractions, to state the number of reservations and to pay the
deposits required by thirty ( 30 ) days, or more, prior to the trip.
If we do not have enough confirmed reservations and deposits by this time, we must consider cancelling the trip. This is an extremely difficult decision for us to make knowing it will inconvenience our clients.
Because of this need to make deposits and reservations in your behalf, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WITH FULL PAYMENT AT LEAST THIRTY ( 30 ) DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
No reservation is confirmed until a deposit is received. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED WITHIN SEVEN ( 7 ) DAYS OF MAKING THE RESERVATION.
Due to the increasingly strict deposit policies from hotels and restaurants, we must levy deposits based on the needs of each tour. Final payment deadlines may occasionally need to be altered in accordance with the policies of the properties we are working with.
FULL PAYMENT is due in our office no later than ( 30 ) days prior to trip departure. You will not receive billing for monies due. Please include name, address, phone number, date of trip and tour number on all payments or correspondence
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment is acceptable by cash, money order, certified check, personal check, VISA, DISCOVER or MASTER CARD. Personal checks will be accepted up to ( 30 ) days before departure. After that, one of the other stated methods of payment is required.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you must cancel your reservation for any of our tours, the following policy will be adhered to: DAY TRIPS:
From twenty - eight ( 28 ) to seven ( 7 ) days before departure there will be a $25.00 service charge, plus non-recoverable deposits, tickets or admisssions. The balance will be refunded after the trip date.
Thirty ( 30 ) days or more prior to departure - we will cheerfully refund all monies paid.
Fifteen ( 15 ) to twenty - nine ( 29 ) days before departure - 75 % refund minus any nonrecoverable expenses for deposits, tickets, or admissions.
Fourteen ( 14 ) or less days from departure - no refund.

CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY ROHRBAUGH'S WILL ALWAYS RESULT IN A FULL REFUND TO YOU
LUGGAGE
All overnight tour packages include luggage handling fees based on one bag per person for tours up to thirteen ( 13 ) nights, and two bags per person for tours of fourteen ( 14 ) nights or more.
Carry-on luggage is limited to one bag per person with all responsibility for loading, moving and security of such carry-on bag being the clients.
CELL PHONE ETIQUETTE ON MOTORCOACH TOURS
Put cell phone on vibrate, or turn off.
Avoid using headsets.
Do not converse on the cell phone or headset while on the motorcoach.
When in transit on the motorcoach, use cell phone for emergency only.
If you need to return a call, do it while on a break and off the motorcoach, or after arrival at your destination.
Do not use cell phone when the driver, escort or tour guide is talking, on or off the coach.
SEATING
Seating on all tours will be on an assigned basis, with your choice to be made when you make your reservation. Your tour deposit must be received in order to hold your seat selection. Deposits are due to be received in our office within seven ( 7 ) days of the reservation.
There will be no seat changing on tours of less than four ( 4 ) days.

SMOKING
Please note that we observe a NO SMOKING policy on our motorcoaches during tours. Coffee breaks, smoking breaks, and rest stops are conveniently provided for the comfort of all passengers.
ALCOHOL
There is to be no consumption of alcoholic beverages on the coach at any time.
GRATUITIES
Tipping of chauffeurs and escorts is a personal option of each passenger. If you feel, at the end of the tour, that this would be a desired way to show your gratitude for services you are completely satisfied with, please feel free to do so on an individual basis. Suggested guidelines - $2-$2.50 per person per day for Tour Escort and $2-$2.50 per person per day for Chauffeur.
Gratuities for services recieved from bellmen, busboys, doormen, etc. as part of your tour package, have already been included in the tour price.
Gratuities for maid service are not included in your tour price. If you wish to show thanks for the maid service provided, it is your personal option.
BORDER INFORMATION
For tours requiring a border crossing, either out of the United States of back into the Country, you are required to carry proof of citizenship. You must be prepared with an approved I.D. A drivers license is not acceptable. You must provide either a birth certificate (must be original certified copy with raised seal) along with photo identification or a valid passport or a valid visa/green card.
In the event a border enforcement officer requests I.D. and you do not provide proper documents, you may be refused entry and possibly detained.
PARKING
Automobile parking is provided at several departure points in Baltimore and Carroll County. Although we have tried to provide convenient locations, and reasonable protection of property, neither Bill Rohrbaugh's Charter Service, Inc. or any of the parking facilities can, or will, assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Neither will any party assume responsibility or liability for personal injuries occurring during the time you are arriving, waiting at, or departing from such parking facility.

For groups of ten or more it may be possible to arrange pick-ups at other locations.
We will arrange all departures so there is the least waiting and incovenience to our travelers.
ITINERARIES
Itineraries are available in advance for most overnight tours. However, they remain tentative and subject to change as deemed necessary. We cannot be responsible for last minute adjustments, but we will always strive to match, or better, the quality of services when changes occur.
PUNCTUALITY
Due to tight scheduling, and out of respect for those sites and attractions serving us during a tour, we cannot wait past our deadlines for latecomers. Please be at your designated pick-up point ten ( 10 ) minutes before departure, and return promptly to each appointed location throughout the tour, Bill Rohrbaugh's Charter Service, Inc. cannot be responsible for persons left behind due to being late.

ROHRBAUGH'S reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary, tour prices and are not responsible for show/star/attraction changes.
ROHRBAUGH'S in anticipating bookings for any tour, clearly stipulate that they are not liable for the faults or defaults of all companies and persons that may be used in carrying out the tour services; also for accidents, baggage losses, strikes, political unrest, riots and acts of God and war.
ROHRBAUGH'S act soley in the capacity of agent on behalf of tour patrons in arranging transportation, lodging, sightseeing, and other tour services, and as such, is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury, or accident dure to any act or omission on the part of any company or person engaged in providing lodging, sightseeing, entertainment, transportation, or other services which are part of the tours.
BILL ROHRBAUGH'S CHARTER SERVICE, INC. reserves the right to make changes in this policy as deemed necessary by industry fluctuations of codes, policies, price, regulations and other factors.
